    I just scanned the docs again and cannot locate any nfo about an underwriter.

    Very disappointed with this as since they went to the trouble to ramp it to 41 cents for the CR the least they could have done is ramp it to 37 for the remainder. Rampers just aint what they used to be. Is everything wrong with the ASX or just everything?
