Realistically it is probably more magnetite with more issues. I.e. They got the fix implemented but the fix doesn't work as planned yet either because they've only fixed say 50% of the plant/ installed a temporary fix to date or because the fix isn't performing as intended. Given the second option I suspect they wouldn't make an announcement because they would know it doesn't work but wouldn't know why yet and it would be hard to make an announcement along the lines of "we are installing this stuff but it ain't working right because we don't know what we are doing".
