I think the point here is that most of the hand wringing on this thread is actually not caused by a lack of effort (although that may account for some hand wringing) it is caused by management not doing what they say they are going to do and this is entirely within their control. If they had not said that Calimmune's presentation was going to be available on the web, no one would be waiting to see it. If they had said the trial was going to start in Feb 2014 and not Sep 2013, then Nov 2014, then Jan 2014, most of us would have been a little disappointed things where taking so long but we would have accepted that this was the reality. Instead, constantly changing dates and getting them wrong (again) gives the impression that management does not know what it is doing, just stumbling along in the dark. This is not a good look and, IMO, is the cause behind the hand wringing. I see this as something management can control and should control.
