I can't see it going back to the early 3 cent mark, I would think that it would likely head back to 4 cents as we hear progress on Indo.

Currently the price has more to do with the market weakness and the assessment of damage to the Philippines after the typhoon. If the supporting infrastructure has been damaged this is not a huge issue as things can be sourced from the region.

I would hope that we should hear feedback on Galoc phase 2 if there are any delays or else the next announcement on this would be production. We should find out in the next two weeks.
