DIRECTOR: WIA: Wellington Airport welcomes new Chairman and Directors

Wellington Airport is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Tim
Brown as its Chairman.

Tim Brown has been a director of Wellington Airport since 2000. He joined HRL
Morrison & Co Limited, the manager of Infratil, in 1994.

Two new directors have also been appointed to the Board of Wellington
Airport. Wellington City Council has appointed Mayor Celia Wade-Brown and
Infratil has appointed their Head of Legal, Jason Boyes.

Wellington Airport is owned by Wellington City Council and Infratil with each
shareholder appointing directors in proportion to their shareholdings.
