Totally agree, the silence has been a total headache, although much of that has had to with the DPI, we know there was nondisclosure in that and ECT have been extremely tight lipped...so theres not much taht we can do about that.

Regarding NLC, the July 5th shareholders update tells us taht we have successfully pasted on from teh EOI stage with NLC and the paragraph ends with

"Further updates on the status of any development with NLC will be provided in line with continuous disclosure obligations"

another article on NLC proposals birthed through teh NLC EOI also stated last month

"Without identifying the foreign coal assets, on the grounds of **nondisclosure pacts**, the official said that all the proposals were from Indonesia, Australia, Mozambique and the US."

So it seem that the NLC EOI ball was also gagged and bound.

We have now been thrown dates by the DPI all along... from ECT in January - 'Funds within two week'...DPIs June / September and now all the way up to 'by the end of the year' ... no wonder we have ship jumpers.

Cant say its all ECTs doing...non disclosure is non disclosure full stop.. thes government timetables are indicitive to say the least.

$90m fund pot.... an additional $20m could be generated by ECT to push into the Coldry project if the DPI got their finger out and pulled the trigger... instead they go on gibbering and jabbering about another fund the ERF aimed at next June! what a joke
