They're all flat out answering the phone from an endless supply of retail SH who have the arse out of their pants. 'Is there any news that might give me a minute 'sniff' of getting my money back ?' is the most common question. Yes....management want more performance bonus clauses in their contracts is the reply. Then the retail SH heaves a sigh of relief.......thank Christ....finally some blue sky !!!!!!!!!!!!! This company has been a money pit to so many including your's truly ! Good luck to the patient.....I promise never to buy LYC again 'cos every time I do...they recommence the downtrend immediately !
