Which morons designed and authorized the construction of an immense project with no bloody idea how to actually achieve it's primary purpose?

What a joke.

Looking at the wallowing share price after the now unbelievable $1.50 high a few years ago, and it makes you wonder whether anyone had knowledge that the billion dollar plant couldn't actually deliver.

Any responsibility for this being directed to those who designed and built an unfit plant? Have we paid these people??

What a damned shambles.

Also makes you wonder how fanciful precious Anns and reports were - how long have they been aware that it was seemingly a lemon?

I'm furious.
