Mixed feelings here as reflected in share price.

Negatives:
Slower conversions of sales, less profit than last year.

Positives:
Huge enquiry levels, looks like they want to use up all their losses before releasing cash, so maybe, consistent dividends from next financial year and beyond. All the other usual things, ie heaps of cash etc etc

I think short term SCD might be stuffed, but happy to hold long term. Given a fair bit back here, and probably going to get worse, nature of the beast, I felt it was worth holding pre-agm in case of increased profit forecast.
