Actually a stupid algorithm/market maker.
They were suppressing the offer at 4.23 with 20k. Someone bought that offer and all of a sudden that bot was 20k short. It pulled all its other offers that were basically there to make the offer side look big. Then it went and bought the remainder. Flash spike on a short cover by a bot.
