I can tell you this, the markets are flooded with cash that is competing for yield and just putting money to work. Both debt and equity. I am in those markets and the capital is endless. IMO this is an easy investment to attract debt and equity investments, especially if they get support from government backed investor. I agree SP only moves up on a favorable funding announcement. I agree with skidoo this is an attractive value at current prices if you believe likely they announce funding within next 12 months.
