So Australia's largest bank purchases 6.5% of EBT and forgets to tell the ASX for 3 weeks!
On the date of purchases the SP of EBT is $3.34 and peaks at $3.40.
In the 3 weeks in question, the SP bottoms out at below $2.40.
What are the odds of the ASX inquiring into who traded what over those 3 weeks?
If anyone purchased EBT in the $3.20 - $3.40 range and hit a stop-loss, then go your hardest.
Disgraceful conduct from the CBA and (hopefully) someone will be held to account.
