Hi Skint.
I rather think the Company reads these posts, so I just thought I'd throw in my little bit. The other deal you quoted from was too kind to the Pharma, but ELN probably had different needs.

The other thing I wouldn't want to do is hand a big Pharma 20% of my company on the cheap, in fact - not at all. Gives them far too much control.

This drug could be so big that I believe Prana will be next best thing to being in a position to dictate terms, within reason of course.

Keep your fingers crossed, Skint, but I really think Prana are finally on the home straight.
