    I hope you are right there Grub. That would be the best move.

    Did they intimate as such, or are you just hypothesizing?

    This would allow Al to be the figurehead and continue in a Salesman vein whilst allowing the rigour, structure, and strategy to be handed over to someone else to drive the business forward.
