Why would people sell at $2.50 when the Colonial analysts have rated it a buy at $3.25?
People were forced to sell because they got stopped.
Someone took advantage of the situation where a notice required by law was not supplied in anywhere near the proper time-frame.
Investors were told on 28th October that the major holder had sold over 10% of the company. They weren't told that one of the countries biggest funds was the purchaser.
I'm not saying Colonial were the ones taking advantage.
