ALLOT: TIL: Issue of Trilogy Options
Trilogy International Limited (Trilogy) (NZX: TIL) advises that it has today
issued 200,000 unlisted ordinary share options to Club QT Australia Pty Ltd
(being an entity nominated by Mandy Sigaloff) in connection with her
appointment as a director of Trilogy. For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule
7.12.1, Trilogy advises the following securities have been issued:
