I'm hoping we're not past the tipping point yet . I also think that we could turn things around reasonably quickly , even the culture thing if we wanted to .
The trouble is , it's not even on people's radar and probably won't be until it's way to late .
To me , it seems pretty obvious .
Anyway , time to put the soapbox away and get back to property :^)
