I don't think this is correct. I think the first cohort of patients will dosed sequentially i.e., one dosed, wait and test, then dose next patient. When the first cohort is dosed, and monitored for safety, then the second cohort with a therapeutic dose will be treated.

This will extend your time-line. If you go back to the info in the RAC presentation you can work out how long this is likely to be once the first patient is dosed and assuming there are no setbacks.
