The first would be quite why they think they deserve so many free handouts (performance bonuses?) when they get paid very well, too well in the circumstances, the share price has gone from 4 to 10 less than 1 cent in a year, holding up Caledon as an asset was obviously not strictly accurate since they got nothing for it (or should we be grateful it wasn't a liability?), and so on and so on. I doubt whether I could actually mouth that without adding a few expletives, but it will do for a start. What are they doing that is adding value, or in fact better than doing nothing at all?
