CCL's high PE ratio is a concern given the company has had two downgrades now due to competition in the Australian market.
The SP crashed from $15 to $12, but CCL still has a PE that is generally reported in the papers as being over 20.
Its unclear what the best estimate of the PE is, but it is certainly high when the company is facing competitive challenges.
