Thanks for the more detailed report Derekiz.
I have one area of concern. I am far less interested as a shareholder in big pharma partnerships - I am far more interested in a big pharma bid ! (once BLT has demonstrated that the IP works in human trials of course) It is even possible that the BDM could stimulate more than one offeror and get an auction going. This is much better for existing shareholders - a partnership deal would mean more research, marketing and elapse of time, more waiting, etc, etc.
