    Why is everyone concerned about the VWAP?

    Isn't it the LOWER of 3.2 cents OF the average of the VWAP?

    So the way I see it with a price of where it is today the VWAP means nothing as 3.2 cents is cheaper !

    Please correct me if I am wrong
