Where in the announcement does it state that funding/credit is available?
Please learn how to read announcements properly before spreading this kind if misinformation. People assume that when they see the word "bank" in an announcement it means $$$. Go take another look and let us know what you find after you have read it properly and not jumped to conclusions.
