GJCL - on face value yes its good and as you say shows a lot of faith and given their first placement was $4 and their last placement this year was $3.45 buying sub $2 would appear a no brainer - As it turns out they were smart reneging on the $3.90 deal a few years back because now they are going to get 10m at $2.50 and possibly the lions share from the underwriter on top ?

Im surprised more long term holders and I include myself in that bracket having held for four of the last five years are not in the slightest bit concerned about the collective Chinese holding fast approaching the magic 50% number.
