    re: agm - sp to increase ..gxb Think you'll find it's an EGM today not agm.......however, will be interesting to see how long it takes for the board/shareholders to the kick ar~ses of the interlopers and get back to the real business of making money.

    wonder if there will be an ann to that effect sometime today.........mmmm
