For every seller there needs to be a buyer.

If someone wants to buy there will need to be a seller.

Simple really.

There would be myriad of reasons why a 'holder' would want to sell 'fear' is a good motive---impatience---loss of faith in management---targets & timelines not being met!!!----poor communications with share-holders---having a poor understanding of the processes involved in oil/gas industry---other investments offering better opportunities---the list goes on.

On the other side of the ledger there could be savvy investors who see QPN on the cusp of some exciting siesmic interpretations and see the low share-price a good entry point.
