agree it's not accumulation but disagree that it's a "huge" amount. Volume to 4pm is under 7m or circa $415K.
if "someone knows something" they're not a very big holder. suspect a smaller holder has to liquidate his holding for whatever reason plus perhaps a few stops hit ...
