Not sure about that hypothesis. Selling 50% of holdings now on an XE basis leaves the option open to take up the RI at 5c and maintain your original share holding (albeit diluted).
Upside is you know what you're getting (about 1c a share).
Downside is you're out when you should be in - RI is not underwritten leading to the speculation something (BIG?) is coming to give it wings .......
If your risk tolerance makes you opt for the former then perhaps baby bios should be avoided. Just my opinion.
