I didn't say anything about shorters. It's merely the yearly high which I thought would be cause for celebration. Onwards and upwards :)
However the most lucrative of the shorts would've been opened above $4, so if they haven't yet covered, they're now at a loss. In that sense it could be important, but none of us know how well they're hedged or how much of a loss they're willing to sweat.
