POLL RESULTS

NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises the poll results of the Shareholders
Annual Meeting held in Auckland on Tuesday 26 November 2013.

2 a) Michael Peter Stiassny be re-elected as a Director of NZ Windfarms
   Carried
2 b) Simon James Mackenzie be re-elected as a Director of NZ Windfarms
Limited.      Carried
2 c) Mark Peter Evans be elected as a Director of NZ Windfarms Limited.

Not Carried

Also by a show of hands, shareholders resolved as an ordinary resolution of
shareholders that the Directors of NZ Windfarms Limited be authorised to fix,
for the financial year ended 30 June 2014, the fees and expenses of Deloitte
as auditors of NZ Windfarms Limited.
