bank wont be happy , they only became main banker in july last year.
NAB guys will most likely send them a christmas card.
they will be on a very tight leash wont be charging out winning large new jobs that require the bank to stump up a heap more cash.
suggest that the interest rate on facilities will be closer to a credit card than a housing loan rate.
