After all my research I believe we have a great team and I really like the connections that obviously our new Managing Director Glenn Fozard has pulled together.
First of all we have the old school of thought, coming from a very successful businessman, with a very active successful financial background, and he also is not short of money," Lioyd Thomson" who has a reasonable investment in this company, and I believe will have a watchful and conservative eye on how ours and his money is used.
But the recent announcement has me very excited, as we not only have a well balanced board the old and the young, but due to the partners and connections that Glen Fozard has created we now have a network of key people who are coming together because of the opportunity that Coldry provides.
Let's begin with Jeffrey Castellas off his profile
Info found here http://www.cleantechnology.com.au
"Jeffrey is the co-founder and Managing Director of Clean Technology AustralAsia Pty Ltd. (Cleantech AustralAsia) He is also an Associate Consultant for Greenard Willing and Sustain Asia Australia providing specialist advice in the areas of sustainability, environment, strategy, commercialisation and climate change.
Jeff is an internationally recognised expert on the cleantech industry. Jef has built Cleantech AustralAsia to be recognised and acknowledged as one of the premier specialist consulting companies in the areas of cleantech, sustainability and climate change particularly as they relate to government economic development mandates and industry development and uptake of clean technology solutions. Jeff is a regular feature speaker at conferences around the world."
So what is the connection
Firstly some of you may not know this, but Glen Fozard is also a director and one of 3 founding members of Greenard Willing who as we heard yesterday is a player in the partnership negotiations in yesterday's announcements with Yes Bank
Yes so Glen Fozard is a director of Greenard Willing but a further connection is that Jeff Castellas mentioned above is an associate consultant for Greenard willing sounds to me that this is a great connection combined with great expertise and what was even more exciting is that Yesbank is the exclusive partner to Clean Technology Australia.
Info found at
http://cleantechnology.com.au
"YES BANK is the exclusive India partner to Clean Technology AustralAsia to provide investment banking services to Australian cleantech companies for Indian markets. Cleantech Capital Partners client’s will benefit from accelerating market entry strategies, joint ventures and capital raising in partnership with YES BANK. YES BANK has a vision to champion ‘Responsible Banking’ in India where the concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability are embedded in the DNA of the organization and integrated in its Business Focus.,"
I went over the info on Yes bank, and it is quite a fast growing bank with over 500 branches, 7000 employes and is specialising in providing finance, expertise for the sustainable energy industry which is huge in India, and with a lean towards climate change.
So YesBank would definitely be interested in not just seeing one Coldry plant, but they seem to be more interested in supporting the set up of all Coldry modules for all of India's needs and globally. It seems they want to have an influence over the entire expansion and why wouldn't they with such a great technology as Coldry, backed up by a great team and so they should, that is their main interest, they want to bring good sustainable energy infrastructure to India and globally.
So this is my take ...WELL DONE Glen Fozard for once again bringing us hope and opportunity and now this great network of expertise and influence to ESI.
Now I know it's early days ...but these guys in my opinion are heading collectively in the right direction, all this could only ever have been possible because we not only have a great technology, we have construction ready plans, supported by experts in this field, who have the right connections into India and are rolling forward through ESI
Once again this is. My opinion and it is not financial advice in any way
Cheers
