Here is how I see it and I would currently consider myself a Coalition voter although have voted Labor in the past and would consider it again the future.
1. Whitlam
2. Howard
3. Hawke
Keating was a very good Treasurer but I did not think much of him as a Prime Minister. He was too focused on his own legacy and how he would be perceived personally rather than on doing the best for the country.
