I have worked out why we are all correct about what we are saying re the lodgement of our IND for TT-034.

The lodgement has begun but the 30 days has not started because the last page is yet to be received by the FDA.

Reason:

We cannot afford broadband so we are uploading 15,000 pages on a dial-up line which keeps dropping out and we can only transmit during office hours because we cannot afford the overtime for some one to say and restart the program.
