It appears the TH is called for 2 reasons
Outcome of substantial negotiations re funding
and another corporate transaction that MAY be material
Can anything new become available to the board that is not already known to them?
Or does the farm need to be sold to facilitate reason 1 and the outcome is reason 2.
Or are the 2 reasons unrelated?
