Actually, it's not above the long-term average, only the mid-term average at best.
The long term-average is more around the 8-10c mark (3-5 year), or even 20c if you go beyond that.
It's only if you bought in the last 2 years that you got it below 5c.
Good for more recent buyers, but many long termers wouldn't be in the black.
