Best outcome in my opinion was if OEL were to reach a farmin agreement with another major on the same terms as they had with BHP, at no cost to OEL, and just keep the 24.5m they get payed upon drilling of the well.
It does not state that OEL has to use the 24.5m to drill the well, it just says that is the amount they get payed if a well gets drilled.
