trading halt - new deal outside usa

EnviroMission Limited (ASX: EVM) hereby requests a trading halt be placed on the
Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement concerning negotiations
over the licencing of development rights by the Company in regions outside Australia and
the United States of America.

The Company requests that the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of an
announcement to the market or the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 3
December 2013.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
