I suppose growers were going to get screwed either way...just now ADM and the GNC board will do it by cooperating to lift shareholder returns...ADM will remain the largest holder so who has won in the end? I suspect growers are in for a shafting going forward even though the full takeover has not been approved....the board of GNC needs to now satisfy the hungry needs of the shareholders who have just given up a motza......
