Looks good on the surface. More cash in, exposure to success via ownership of Clancy shares, no exploration expenses and probably some fees due from the support to be given to Clancy for 2 years.
IGO also probably going to provide some income with little outlay.
My take : either OP is a non starter and ABU need other options or far more likely, trial mining has proved OP and its way too big for ABU to handle anything else outside the region at present.
Can't wait for the trial mining ann!
