I think I just heard a crowd roar!
Problem now is the shareholding. There are 4 subs on their registry that are directly or indirectly Ailakis controlled. If Ailakis was a decent person, then he would place these shares and exit entirely - perhaps to pay the mounting legal costs he has and may continue to incur. I wont hold my breath on this but.
My question is can RDS now go after Ailakis as clearly he acted inappropriately against the company as disclosed in the SC by K?
