I have just returned from the 19th hole so I will be brief.
For my part the deal makes a lot of sense for both parties.
You should feel comfortable when you conclude a win/win deal. The I win you lose mentality doesn't make for a long term relationship. This way everyone pulls together and we all get rewarded should we get lucky.
