Time to go short again!
One thing that Stanhope mentioned at the Strategic Review about a month ago was that TLS's credit rating could be downgraded. I haven't heard news of this happening yet, so that will hurt the share price when it occurs.
ULL pricing structure changing will hurt them.
Also, all those little asterix on the strategic review pending regulatory approval ... in other words, assuming the legislators are going to let them build new networks and shut all their competitors out of the new networks... the legislators have already voiced their disapproval of this, so I see another public sh#t fight between the politicians and TLS management over this issue.
