I can answer this. When you check yourself in as it were, they ask if you are a shareholder or guest. Either were welcome at the AGM. If you were a shareholder you got a proxy form. There must have been some communication going on between officiators and the board. Each time a question was asked they tended to know who was a shareholder and who wasnt. All were shareholders though. Or else they held a proxy form. Perfectly possible and reasonable that Orwell had a proxy form for someone else. I did.
That was the problem. 90% of the crappy shennanigans (which Nick handled like a champ) went on because SMSL and Anti-lynas are on the share register. They have to be let in to AGM.
Ther were a lot of BS questions from those clowns. Far too many.
A very good speach by Brian...something I forget his name. Former Lynas Chairman. He praised Nick and board. Sounds sycophantic but it really was a good commendation.
