Those 3 x announcements on 2/8/13 all relate to options that are expiring. No loading up there.
The announcement on 12/8/13 (Barnes) is also expiry of options. No increase to stock held.
The announcement on 12/8/13 (N Forsyth) is for the purchase of 264,343 shares, worth a bit over 5000 dollars.
The announcement on 18/8/13 (Etheridge) is for the purchase of shares worth a bit over 5000 dollars.
A bit of a stretch to say they were "loading up" in the knowledge of things to come.
