Recruiting for Phase 2 will start in earnest in CY14. At current market cap, this is ridiculously cheap, has strong management ownership and will easily support a 30cps share price. $100m market cap likely in next little period, with institutions also likely to buy as the mkt cap appreciates north of $50m
