...some of this stuff is all very well and maybe i'm getting the gist of masseys original post wrong, but he did say 'give up the day job'...did he mean give it up and swap it for another grind....katooms points are all well and good but that sounded like early start , late finish , squared eyed full time grind to me......if we are talking 'give up the day job' and have more time to goof off..well, we all have different budgets we'd feel comfortable living in...no reason though i would of thought, that with no debt, property owned..all that...you can cruise along with a bank of around 300k working loosely around potguts guidelines
