Okay, so my numbers were a bit shaky. But my across the board "no" vote was not the norm. I didn't expect to make up 8% of Eric's no vote. I don't doubt that he is working hard, but he has generally failed to live up to his commitment to improve communication.
Eric needs to communicate more clearly and with less ambiguity.
