You don't need a license to provide an opinion last time I checked. You never know what the future price of any commodity will be and you can never know what production from any mine will be until it happens. That's why mining investment is risky.
At this stage the fundamentals support this current level of tin prices and at this stage of the Company's development there is no other option but to rely on the PFS figures. Given that most people here view the CSD management as honest and competent they feel comfortable to take that leap of faith. Other people will wait to the DFS other people will wait to the first years production etc.
