yes, I see your observation. Interesting.
I would make only one comment of my own and it is this. Until this low that is forming each 'significant' low you nominate has been higher than the previous low.
Depending on the price action in the days and weeks ahead this low would breech that pattern as soon as it breaks $25.14
At some stage there will be a bounce, there always is after significant falls, but imo if that lower major low is formed then those lower price targets are going to get a work out in the months and years ahead.
